Showfety Room of the Bishop Begley Parish Center.  The Gospel for the upcoming Sunday is the focus with commentary and the opportunity to learn from your fellow parishioners. Testimonies from participants:

  • "The meetings have given me new perspectives on the Gospel readings. Hearing the point-of-views of the other men has opened my mind to the many ways that Jesus has influenced my life."
  • "The discussions we have each week help me better understand how God wants me to live the message of the Gospel."
  • "Participating in the Men's Gospel Group is one of the highlights of my week. The studying of the Gospel with fellow parishioners deepens my faith and enriches the Sunday Mass. This time is well spent and a great way to start each Thursday."
  • It is inspiring to hear the comments and insight brought to the group by the men's sharing's. It brings the Gospel to life. By reading the Sunday Gospels each week, I start to see how Jesus is leading us like He lead his disciples to a better understanding as to what Jesus expects of me."

Saint Leo is home to a growing adult education program offering a wide variety of opportunities throughout the year.  Programs include one night speakers to six week DVD/small group discussion series.  Topics are chosen to meet the unique population that makes up our parish community.
